Gregory advises a wide range of farming and corporate clients on all aspects of their business. He provides tax-driven analysis for corporate structure and re-organization, as well as advice on issues arising in business operations. Real estate transactions are a core part of his practice, including multimillion-dollar commercial and agricultural transitions.
Away from the office, Gregory can be found getting his hands dirty in the fields on the Properzi family farm. He is a fourth-generation farmer, and he and his wife are now raising their four children on the same farm upon which he grew up.
Gregory has led the growth of PT Law since joining in 2009, becoming partner in 2011. His work ethic, common sense approach, and commitment to his clients’ goals are the foundation of his reputation for responsive and trusted legal counsel.
Sarah provides advice and assistance on estate planning and administration to families at all stages of life. She has the expertise to conduct all real estate and corporate transactions needed to support inter-generational transfers, including corporate reorganizations and tax-efficient rollovers. Having run her own businesses, Sarah advises small and medium business owners from start up to transition of their operations.
Sarah also represents clients of all ages seeking compensation for physical and psychological injuries. Bringing medical expertise to her personal injury practice, she assists clients navigate the legal and health systems to claim the compensation they deserve.
Sarah first came to Alberta in 1978. She raised her family in Alberta with her husband Rob. They now delight in their grandchildren enjoying the outdoors at their place by the Pembina River.
Sarah joined PT Law in 2014 and became partner in 2017. She has been an active Board member for a number of Westlock non-profits and is currently a Director of the Westlock Community Foundation. With a reputation for a balanced perspective and common sense, Sarah has developed a wide-ranging legal practice.
Graeme T. Harrington

Graeme works with business owners throughout the life cycle of their business. He has expertise in corporate and commercial transactions, including the purchase and sale of businesses in various industries, and multi-million-dollar corporate reorganizations. He maintains a diverse real estate practice with extensive knowledge of residential, commercial, and agricultural sales and purchases. Graeme also has the knowledge and expertise to create and implement estate planning based upon clients’ personal and business goals.
Graeme was born and raised on a Saskatchewan farm and appreciates living in rural Alberta. Having played competitive hockey across Canada and the U.S., he has settled happily in Westlock, where he continues to pursue his passions for sport and travel. He has immersed himself in the Westlock community, and is in his third term as President of the Westlock & District Chamber of Commerce since its reformation in 2019.
Graeme joined PT Law in 2015 and became partner in 2020. He quickly developed a full-service practice, based on effective communication with his clients, including timely and efficient responses to their needs, and providing pragmatic solutions.
